Wave Bandit Model

$0.00

Wave Bandit Twin/Quad Model (Bandito de Las Olas)

I've always made and ridden hybrid-type boards for myself that had some extra volume and paddle power for the crowded days in Honolulu Summer surf and North Shore small surf, but still rode like a performance board in good surf. The Wave Bandit Design has been around since 2001 and was spawned in Lima, Peru where I was shaping boards for the Peruvian market at the time. The Wave Bandit series is ordered as either a Single or Double Wing Swallow, or as a round tail design, and shaped with a full range bottom rocker and adding in the Bonzer bottom contours along with a slightly fuller high-performance rail mixing in really highlights paddling and performance attributes in 1 package.

Board Range:

6'4 ~ 8'0

Suggested body weight to board sizes:

6'4 x 20.00 x 2.44 @34.8cl

6'6 x 20.50 x 2.62 @39.3cl

6'10 x 20.75 x 2.75 @43.9cl

7'2 x 21.00 x 2.94 @49.8cl

7'6 x 21.50 x 3.00 @53.9cl

7'9 x 21.75 x 3.12 @59.3cl

8'0 x 22.00 x 3.25 @64.4cl
